Jumeirah Bay Island is the essence of luxury and sophistication in the heart of Dubai. The island is surrounded by the waters of the Persian Gulf. It combines modern design and exquisite architecture with nature. The island features luxurious villas and apartments with stunning views of the bay and modern architectural designs.

Amalfi Villas is a real estate project on Jumeirah Bay Island developed by Meraas, a leading real estate company. There are two types of villas in the project: spacious townhouses with an area of 450 and 650 m².

Amalfi Villas are exclusive family-type townhouses. Each villa in the project is designed with the needs of the modern family in mind and embodies the highest standards of quality and design.

Residents of Amalfi Villas enjoy beautiful views of the bay and surrounding landscape and have access to a host of first-class amenities.

Amalfi Party Villa is a unique guest villa designed for comfortable guest accommodation and events. We decided to incorporate the concept of open plan and relaxation to create the most comfortable and convenient space possible. We used low and wide sofas, which gives a sense of spaciousness and makes it easy to move around the villa. We added bright and expressive colors such as blue, pink and black.

As part of this Project, OBSSD Collective was given complete freedom to create and implement a unique design concept. Our team boldly incorporated unconventional building materials and innovative solutions that have never been seen before in the local market. We also selected top-of-the-line furniture and appliances to emphasize the luxury and contemporary style of this villa.

Amalfi Party Villa is where colorful design and bold solutions come together to create a unique atmosphere that will be enjoyed for years to come.

OVERVIEW

We have kept the layout of the space that we received from the developer. The villa is spread over three floors, which are connected by a staircase leading from the first floor to the roof.

FIRST FLOOR

Here is the entrance area, a modern kitchen and a cozy living room connected to the dining room. This level has a small garden area where you can relax in the fresh air.

Furniture from Italian brands was used on the first floor. The sofa from B&B ITALIA became the centerpiece of this area. For the kitchen and all the appliances we chose Gaggenau. The kitchen is metal with a built-in bar, satisfying the highest standards of functionality and style. We replaced the regular TV with a projector integrated between the first and second level of the villa, allowing you to enjoy high quality videos in large format.

SECOND FLOOR

On the second floor we created a cozy place for rest and entertainment – play-room, where you can enjoy games on the game console or just relax.

There are also two cozy guest bedrooms that create an atmosphere of comfort. The guest bedrooms on are decorated in calm colors, providing comfort and peace for guests.

THIRD FLOOR

This area features a master bedroom and spacious master bath that provide privacy and luxury.

The third floor master bedroom impresses with concrete shades painted in pink, creating a unique contrast and an atmosphere of luxury. The walk-in wardrobe features Rimadesio partitions with custom built-ins.
