Villa 93 is located in DAMAC Hills, one of the greenest communities in Dubai. It embraces all the elements we love about a well-designed home - space, light, functionality, and a calm color palette.

Villa 93 is our tribute to transparency and light. The project is designed for a 2-story building with an overall footage of 600 sqm for a local family who wants to spend their best years at a calming home. The greenery of the Trump Golf Estate merges with the house's landscape, which transitions into a pool deck and terrace, creating one visual flora line. Borders between the interior and exterior are erased by a foldable panoramic glass facade, which adds daylight to the entire space of the villa. 

A large part of the project is devoted to common areas on the ground floor: a two-sided living room, a guest room, a dining room, a show kitchen, a spacious chef’s kitchen, and an outdoor gym facing a swimming pool.

A notable modification has been done to the villa's first floor, where two bedrooms have been combined into a grand Master Bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom is just as grand: it houses a double sink vanity, shower, and a bathtub facing a large window, which has been carved out primarily to provide views from the bathtub. 

The interiors of our projects are designed with the principle of continuity: light travertine floors that connect outdoor and indoor spaces, large-scale porcelain slabs, wood paneling, and marble accents are just a few of the entire set of expressive means that form an iconic and self-sufficient interior in a modern home.
